Select ‘Subscribe & Save’

Select the “Subscribe & Save” button, that is situated above the “Add To Cart” button. Then select your frequency and check out as per usual.

Subscription Faq’s

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to your Account via the top right hand side of our website. Under the “My Account” heading, click “Manage Subscription”. From there you can view up-coming orders, change frequencies, update payment information and cancel your subscription. (Note - modifications cannot be made to orders until 2 orders are complete, please reach out to sales@abovethecollar.com.au if you need any assistance)

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your Account via the top right hand side of our website. Under the “My Account” heading, click “Manage Subscription”. Click into the subscription you want to cancel, and scroll down to the bottom tab where it says “Cancel Subscription”. (Note - you cannot cancel your subscription until 2 orders are complete, please reach out to sales@abovethecollar.com.au if you need any assistance)

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, there is no cancellation fee, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time, at zero cost. (Note - you cannot cancel your subscription until 2 orders are complete, please reach out to sales@abovethecollar.com.au if you need any assistance)

Is there a minimum order quantity?

2 orders must be completed until you can cancel your subscription. Please reach out to sales@abovethecollar.com.au if you need any assistance.

How does the 10% discount work?

The 10% discount is automatically applied when you check out under “Subscribe & Save”. All subsequent orders will continue to be 10% off.

How does payment work?

Your chosen payment method will be billed on the day of your first order, every 'x’ amount of months based on your plan.

What frequencies are available to chose from?

Our frequencies range from 1 month all the way up to 6 months.

Can I subscribe to multiple products?

Yes, simply click “Subscribe & Save” on each inidividual product you would like to subscribe to, choose your frequency (does not have to be the same) and check out as usual.
