Shipping and Click & Collect 

General Dispatch Information:

• All orders are usually dispatched within 24 Hours of Payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If an order needs more than 1 business day handling we will contact you ASAP

• All of our parcels are sent with safe drop enabled. In some instances, the delivery driver will deem it unable to be safe-dropped and will leave it at the nearest post office for collection. This decision is made at the driver’s discretion.(This excludes Afternoon/Tonight delivery options)

• We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address   

• All Afternoon/Tonight Delivery and Click & Collect options are Mon-Fri dispatch on business days only, excluding Public Holidays

Shipping within Australia

 

All parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW, from postcode 2229 and all orders are Safe Dropped. 

 

Regular Shipping

• FREE for orders over $60

• $8.95 for orders under $60

• 1-6 Business days 

 

Express Shipping

• $12.95 for all orders under $60
  
• $9.95 for orders over $60
  
• 1-3 Business days

 

Afternoon Delivery*

• $12.95 for all orders
• 10am cut off time to receive between 3pm-6pm same afternoon
• All orders placed after 10am cut out with be received next day

 If under any circumstances, your order is delayed you will be contacted immediately with a solution.

 

Tonight Delivery* (Monday-Friday)

• $11.95 for all orders
• Between 6pm-10pm (Due to current high volume of parcels, deliveries may arrive later than 10pm)
• Any orders placed after the 1:00 pm cut off time (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the following business day as per the delivery time/day selected.

If under any circumstances, your order is delayed you will be contacted immediately with a solution.

 

Saturday Delivery*

• $9.45: Saturday Delivery between 1pm-6pm
• Orders must be placed before 1:00pm Friday
• Any orders placed after the 1:00 pm cut off time (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the following business day as per the delivery time/day selected.

If under any circumstances, your order is delayed you will be contacted immediately with a solution.

*These delivery options are only available for Sydney-metro residential addresses. Unfortunately, this service is not available for commercial property. Customers will need to make sure their contact details including phone number is provided for these orders as this will ensure a smooth process, this is a mandatory field required.

Order before 12.30pm and your parcel will be ready for collection on the same day after 3.30pm at your preferred location. 

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. 

Please note:
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

If you do not meet the 12.30pm cut off time then your order will be ready for collection the following business day.

If the order cannot be fulfilled, head office will contact you as soon as possible. 

 *All Click & Collect options are Mon-Fri dispatch on business days only, excluding Public Holidays

 

Shipping within New Zealand

All Standard parcels are sent with Seko Logistics and can take 3-8 business days to arrive. 
These times are reflective of metro areas only and additional days will be required for areas outside. This is excluding any delays in dispatching the order in which the customer will be notified.

Please Note: Due to Covid-19, international parcels may experience delays that are out of our hands.

The rates are weight based and are displayed in the below table:

Standard Parcels:

The maximum weight limit is 7.5kg, any order over will require more than one shipment.

Unfortunately, due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise. 

Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas. 

All parcels are subject to a 5kg weight limit and all parcels above the specified weight limit will not be able to sent out as one shipment. For parcels that exceed the weight limit, please contact us and we may be able to make arrangements for a single delivery, however we make no guarantee.

Unfortunately, due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise.

Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.  Depending on which country you are shipping too, you may have to pay additional customs clearance charges. These additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. Us a sender has no control over these charges so we advise you to contact your customs authority if you have any concerns.
